of 57.8% above revenues of $1,384,093 for the
first quarter of 2007. The significant revenue
improvement is due to the expansion in Kiwa's
bio-fertilizer and bio-enhanced feed businesses.
During the first quarter of 2008, revenue
generated from the bio-fertilizer business
increased 1136.7% to $148,104 from $11,976.

4:33 EST - Douglas Lake Minerals Inc. : announced
that it has concluded an agreement with a
Tanzanian National who holds the mineral rights
to four Prospecting Licenses (PL's). The PL's
cover an area of 430 square kilometers, and are
situated in Mbwemkuru in the Lindi Region in
Southeastern Tanzania. The property is currently
in small scale production by the current owner.
One of the most significant prospects being a 8
km by 2km block, with high gold concentrations
within 1.0 and 1.5 meter zones between the
