5:23 PM EST - : Mustang Alliances Inc. : announced the purchase of mine processing equipment for its Potosi property in Southern Honduras. The equipment consists of a ball mill, a crusher, 2 Falcon concentrators, and some earth moving equipment. Mustang will deploy this equipment at the Potosi Property as part of a pilot test program to determine the best gold extraction and production techniques.

5:22 PM EST - : Toron Inc. : announce that on January 25, it signed an agreement to acquire an additional 193 claims with an area of 25,730 acres which are adjacent to its 62 claims in the Tiblemont Gold Property Region for total consideration $40,000 and 8,500,000 shares of the company's common stock. Upon closing of the agreement, Toron’s total holdings in the area (including the 3 Blocks announced previously) will be a total of 255 claims encompassing 33,894 acres.

11:28 AM EST - : AmeriLithium Corp. : announce that on January 30, 2012, the Company signed an equity line financing agreement with the US and UK based investment fund, TCA Global Master Credit Fund, LP for up to $2.5 million dollars over a term of 24 months. According to the terms of the agreement, the Investor committed to purchase up to $2.5 million dollars of the Company's common stock. Each purchase may be up to the greater of 350,000 shares of the Company's common shares or 200% of the average daily volume of shares of common stock traded during the five trading days immediately preceding the delivery of a notice to the TCA.

(IAMS), headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, to assist the company in becoming listed on a U.S. stock exchange and expand their business into China in addition to helping them raise capital. IAMS provides long range jet service for patients who need to be transported between cities throughout the United States.

MSP, an Indonesian company with headquarters in Kutai Timur, Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia.

11:01 AM EST - : China Global Media, Inc. : reported that its affiliated operating company Changsha North Latitude 30 Cultural Communications Co., Ltd. has signed two one-year advertisement agreements with Hunan Shenxiang Automobile Tiancheng Sales and Services Co., Ltd and Hunan Yongtong Automobile Group to place advertisements for Shenxiang and Yongtong on Hunan Voice of Golden Eagle Radio Station. The total advertisement fees that Company expects to receive in fiscal year 2012 under these two agreements are approximately US $ 2.3 Million.

11:00 AM EST - : Axion International : announced today that the company has received a purchase order for their first installation of ties from another Class One Railroad. This represents the second of the nation’s Class 1 rail lines that Axion is doing business with - following a multi-year contract announced earlier in 2011.
