10:47 AM EST - : Greenfield Farms Food, Inc. : announced it has entered into an agreement with Hershey's Creamery, Inc. to sell Hershey's Ice Cream within its stores. Carmela's will be offering Hershey products including Hershey toppings under the "Carmela's Treats" category. Carmela's Treats will include a prototype walk-up window on the Company's restaurants for customers desiring ice cream treats during certain hours of the day. Carmela's expects to roll-out the added concept this week and anticipates this dessert co-branding to contribute to top line sales increases within the restaurants. This agreement allows Carmela's to utilize the Hershey equipment, marketing, advertising and promotional materials they develop for Carmela's Pizzerias and Sports Grille.

10:46 AM EST - : Vega Biofuels, Inc. : announced it has received a 3,000 ton order from ECEM Salzburg Energy and Environment Consulting GMGH, which will be the initial Bio-coal order produced at Vega's Joint Venture torrefaction manufacturing facility, ATP-SC, LLC in Allendale, SC. The Bio-coal will be shipped from the Port of Savannah to The Port of Rotterdam in the Netherlands upon completion. Vega recently announced that along with its partners, including Agri-Tech Producers, LLC (ATP), is building a state of the art torrefaction facility in Allendale, SC. ATP-SC, LLC will produce various torrefied products, including Bio-coal. The Joint Venture partners plan to build additional plants around the world and the Allendale pilot plant will be a model for those plants.

Total Revenue was $2,553,749, a decrease of $1,004,808 or 28.2% from $3,558,557 for the same period in 2012. Total costs of revenue decreased by $816,051 or 37.8% from $2,156,381 for the year ended December 31, 2012 to $1,340,330 for the same period in 2013. EBITDA was $447,983, a decrease of $192,922 or 30.1% from $640,905 for the same period in 2011.

10:41 AM EST - : Sunvault Energy Inc. : announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the assets of Werkman Transport. SunVault sees this acquisition as an immediate value add operation to CleanGen of Alberta. Werkman Transport has been in business since 2008 and has approximately $4.8 Million in annual sales with an EBITDA of approximately $800,000 per year. CleanGen will immediately add additional revenues to the business from the $1.5 million it currently spends on transportation, as well as reduce operating costs at Eco-West. The agreement is to acquire the assets of Werkman Transport for $2,700,000 USD payable in shares of Sunvault Energy. The first tranche of shares equal to One Million ($1,000,000 CDN) will be issued at a price of .20 cents per share for the asset acquisition is payable on closing. The second tranche of shares to be issued after six months from the closing date at a price per share to be at market or no less than .40 cents per share.

Sunvault Energy Inc. (SVLT) has closed up $0.02 at $0.21.


10:40 AM EST - : CES Synergies, Inc. : announced that its subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Inc., has received a contract and has begun to provide demolition services to remove all motorist aid call box concrete pads district-wide for the Florida Department of Transportation, District II. District II comprises the counties of Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Suwannee, Taylor, and Union. The contract is valued at $379,750 with an anticipated duration of four months.
