4:10 PM EST - : GreenShift Corporation: announced that its patented corn oil extraction technologies were featured prominently in the final rule for the expanded Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS2) published by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on February 3. GreenShift's patented corn oil extraction technologies enable GreenShift and its licensees to "drill" into the backend of first generation corn ethanol plants to tap into an existing reserve of inedible crude corn oil that has been historically trapped in the distillers grain co-product of ethanol production. This corn oil is a valuable second generation feedstock for use in the production of advanced carbon-neutral liquid fuels, such as biodiesel, biojet fuel, and renewable diesel , thereby enhancing total fuel production from corn, increasing ethanol plant profits, and reducing lifecycle greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

4:08 PM EST - : Stem Cell Therapy International, Inc.: announced that Histostem Ltd. of South Korea has participated in a study resulting in the successful treatment of spinal cord injury in dogs through the use of Multipotent Stem Cells (MSCs) derived from Human Umbilical Cord Blood (HUCB). The study, a collaborative effort between a team of doctors from the Departments of Veterinary Surgery and Veterinary Anatomy at Konkuk University, Seoul, Korea and Dr. Hoon Han, President and Founder of Histostem, presented a method for the percutaneous transplantation of stem cells and investigated the therapeutic efficacy of transplanting stem cells to improve the recovery of the central nervous system following such acute spinal cord injury.

Evans Coal Corporation's assets contain high quality coal reserves in Southeastern, Kentucky. According to a 2009 report by Michael Gambrel, a Kentucky Professional Engineer, the Evans Coal Corporation controls coal reserves in excess of 348 million tons, translating into recoverable reserves of 211 Million tons of recoverable coal or $13+ Billion at current market prices.

11:18 AM EST - : China Crescent Enterprises, Inc.: announced that the Company expects continued growth in 2010 in conjunction with recently announced 10% anticipated growth rate for the country. According to the Shanghai Securities News and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China's economy may grow roughly 10% this year, where growth may be the fastest in the first quarter with as much as 11%. China Crescent recently expanded the Company's business lines to include original design manufacturing (ODM) and has announced over $100 million in Wi-Fi ODM contracts anticipated to be signed within the first quarter of 2010. The average term of the anticipated contracts is three years and the revenue from the contracts would be recognized over the course of the average three-year term. 4:04 PM EST - : Energizer Resources Inc., formerly Uranium Star Corp: announced it has completed and filed its NI 43-101-compliant technical report for the explored portion of its Green Giant Vanadium Project in Madagascar. The Report confirms that the exploration programs completed in 2008 and 2009 have established that at least two large-scale, vanadium deposits exist on the Green Giant Property and that the Property merits an aggressive resource definition exploration program consisting of exploratory and infill diamond drilling over vanadium-bearing zones. The Company's recently reported and favourable assay results confirmed that the Manga zone has a high-grade core that is open along strike and at depth, and has been defined over a strike length of 500 metres. The 2010 drill program is expected to commence in May after the end of rainy season, and will focus on expanding the Manga zone over a strike length of 3,000 metres.

11:24 AM EST - : Composite Technology Corporation: announced the completion of the first ACCC(R) conductor transmission line in Belgium. Both circuits of this 20-kilometre overhead line were reconductored in 2009 and are now fully energized. Lamifil in Belgium produced the conductor. Energy-efficient ACCC(R) conductor contains about 28% more aluminium in the same diametre and weighs less than the traditional ACSR conductor. This results in line losses being reduced by about one-third as compared to a similar sized ACSR. The greenhouse gases (GHG) emitted from the generation to supply those losses are also eliminated. Replacing the ACSR 298 conductor with ACCC(R) Lisbon conductor for this line doubled the ampacity and should save an estimated 378,000 MWh of losses over a 30-year economic life. It should also reduce generation capacity requirements by 3.5 MW and save the emission of over 235,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide over that 30-year period, equivalent to displacing 50,000 metric tons of coal in generation.
