As schools try to combat bullying, a Canadian solutions provider is benefiting. And shares are moving as the company gains new contracts.

By providing video and data solutions, Gatekeeper Systems (TSX-Venture:GSI) (OTCPK:GKPRF) is gaining contracts from school districts. The company was contracted to equip a fleet of approximately 170 school buses in Alberta, Canada with wirelessly-enabled intelligent mobile data collectors and interior high-definition video. Gatekeeper installed solutions on 20 buses in February 2021, for a total of approximately 190 buses.

With technology that allows a school district to easily clip video segments, Gatekeeper has installed more than 34,000 intelligent mobile data collectors and 100,000 video devices on school buses, for over 3,500 school district customers. Shares were climbing in early morning trading to $0.92/share.
