On a day like today, it’s tough to get excited about a stock pick or two if the rest of your portfolio is following the overall market selloff. With ten of the eleven major sectors of the S&P 500 trading in negative territory heading into the final half hour of the session, we feel like there are some standouts within the technology sector that are noteworthy. 

OTC Tech Outliers Of The Day:

TPT Global Tech, Inc. (OTCQB:TPTW) found some great success on the day, as shares traded up to $.034/share (+21.4%) at the session high. This move is a slight continuation of a month-long uptrend of higher highs and higher lows, as well as just days following the announcement that NBA’s Lamar Odom has joined the company as Vice President of Sports and Entertainment.

Amplitech Group Inc. (OTCQB:AMPG) was another positive outlier on a mixed day, as shares popped to a whopping $.24/share (+52%) at the session high off of no major headlines. This move was on extremely high volume as it made pushed to the stock to a new 52-week high.
