Med Tech Micro Cap Catching Premarket Bid

After having a rough Tuesday session (among the majority of all equities), a Florida-based medical technology company is seeing its shares catch a premarket bid on Wednesday following an after-hours announcement that it received   positive topline data from an investigator initiated EU study that show the Pure-Vu system provides adequate cleaning in patients with a history of poor bowel preparation, according to the release. This caused traders to become apparently eager to get their hands on shares of Motus GI Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq:MOTS) as the current bid is well above Tuesday’s close at the time of writing.

Motus GI Holdings Inc. is a medical technology company dedicated to improving endoscopy outcomes, lowering costs and enhancing patient experiences. The company is focused on the development and commercialization of the Pure-Vu System to improve the colonoscopy experience and assist in the early detection and prevention of colorectal cancer and other diseases of the rectum and colon.

As previously mentioned, shares of this micro cap appear to be bid up rather aggressively, showing a current bid of $0.315/share (+22.33% implied open for sellers) at the time of writing. This is certainly a stock to watch at today’s open as traders digest the newly received information.
