Shares Up Ahead of Closing for this EV Company

This company is building an entire EV ecosystem, and two recent acquisitions are helping it fulfill its mission.

Alternet Systems, Inc. (USOTC: ALYI) confirmed ALYI CEO Randell Torno will be in Nairobi in the anticipated closing of an acquisitions that will provide ALYI with access to the motorcycle taxi market in Kenya. There are over one million motorcycle taxis in the country, providing an estimated $3.3 billion in revenue growth. 

Another acquisition, this time in London, is to solidify ALYI's strategy to introduce an annual brand name EV race in Kenya and increase ALYI's revenue and margin potential.

Shares are down from their highs seen earlier in the year, but are up today, trading at $0.01874.
