A Vancouver-based company announced that one of their wholly owned subsidiaries, Spaced Food, has been listed on Health Canada’s Cannabis Tracking and Licensing System (CTLS) as of February 10th 2021. Blackhawk Growth Corp (CSE:BLR) said that this allows for the sale and distribution of its Spaced Food cannabis infused products through its extraction and distribution partners.

Blackhawk Growth Corp is an investment issuer looking to capitalize on market and industry trends that can create substantial value for its shareholders. The company invests in equity and debt instruments of companies to generate positive returns for shareholders.

Traders seemed to be excited on the news as shares of this micro-cap traded up to a session high of $0.95/share (+35.7%) following the headline. This move adds to the strong rally the stock has witnessed since November 2020.
