After some COVID-related delays, this gas exploration and production company has connected its gas field to pipeline infrastructure to start gas flows, and shares are up on the news.

Exploration and production company NG Energy International Corp. (TSXV: GASX) announced that it has begun dispatching gas production at the Maria Conchita gas plant in Colombia. This follows the completing of the connection point to the Colombian National Gas Transportation System through Transportadora de Gas Internacional located in the Ballena – Barrancabermeja pipeline at La Guajira, northern part of Colombia, per the company’s press release.

NG Energy is looking to provide a clean and sustainable solution to Colombia's energy needs, by producing and bringing gas to the premium priced Colombian gas market.

Shares were trading up at $1.16 in morning trade.
