Surface Exploration Yields Positive Results for this Mineral Explorer

This company is on a mission to become Canada’s leading sustainable mineral resource company and recent results are showing attractive opportunities for multiple drill targets at one of the most promising copper and gold porphyry deposits in Canada.

Northisle Copper and Gold Inc. (TSX-V: NCX) announced the results of its surface exploration program at the North Island Project in its recent press release. The work continues earlier work completed in 2022, covering the Pemberton Hills and Northwest Expo target areas, and other sites and all survey areas returned promising geophysical signatures.

According to Sam Lee, Northisle’s President and CEO, “The results from the surface geophysical program completed during the fourth quarter have provided numerous drill targets for us to pursue during 2023 and beyond, and highlights the superb prospectivity of the 50km long porphyry belt on the North Island Project. 2023 is anticipated to be an exciting and busy year for our exploration team.”

After completing an updated preliminary economic assessment for the North Island Project in 2021 the firm is now focused on advancement of the project through a prefeasibility study while continuing exploration within this highly prospective land package.

Shares were trading Monday morning at $0.19 per share.
