Cell MedX Wins E.U. Trademark Application

Receiving the blessings of government officials – domestic and foreign – is important to health-care companies peddling their wares offshore. 

Thursday, Carson City, Nevada-based Cell MedX Corp. (OTC:CMXC) announced that the European Union had approved its eBalance trademark application, and issued a certificate of registration number for the trademark eBalance in the name of the Company. 

CMXC’s eBalance trademark applications filed with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office on November 14, 2017, and with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on December 11, 2017, continue to be under review.

Cell MedX is a biotech company focusing on the discovery, development and commercialization of therapeutic and non-therapeutic products that promote general wellness

Its stock soared 7.5 cents, or 17.4%, to 50.5 cents, on volume just over 20,000
