In a mixed morning for stocks, shares of this company are trading higher on news that it had filed with the SEC to be listed on a national exchange.

Major League Football, Inc. (OTCPINK:MLFB) has filed a Form S-1 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) per the company’s press release. This is in connection with its previously announced Common Stock Purchase Agreements with Janbella Group LLC, and Alumni Capital LP, for $2,500,000 each, or a total of $5,000,000.

According to CEO Frank Murtha, following the review and approval by the SEC, "MLFB will have access to the capital necessary to retire certain debts and obligations, as well as provide necessary working capital to thoroughly prepare for its full Spring 2023 season.” He went on to state that staff is working on plans for 2023 for both existing cities and new markets.  

Shares were trading at $0.0015, which is up over seven percent, in morning trade.
