through other networks. Voiceserve expects to open satellite field offices in

What Is VOIP?
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is simply the
transmission of voice traffic over IP-based networks.
The Internet Protocol (IP) was originally designed for data
networking. The success of IP in becoming a world standard
for data networking has led to its adaption to voice
networking.
VoIP has become popular largely because of the cost
advantages to consumers over traditional telepone networks.
Most callers pay a flat monthly fee for local telephone
calls and a per-minute charge for long-distance calls.
VoIP calls can be placed across the Internet. Most Internet
connections are charged using a flat monthly fee structure.
VoIP technology transforms your high speed Internet
connection into a regular phone line. But unlike old Internet
phone technology, you don't need headphones, software or even
a computer. You simply connect your existing phone to your
ADSL/cable modem using our adapter and you can start making
and receiving calls right away.
Another benefit of using VoIP is portability. VoIP
technology gives you the freedom to move your phone line
anywhere, anytime you want. You can receive phone service
anywhere in the world, all you need is high speed Internet
access. No technician setup is required and no expensive
re-connect fees.

Revolutionizing The Mobile
Industry
Voiceserve is introducing its VoiceSIM which will end
everyone’s mobile phone misery.
The SIM acts as an alternative to the mobile phone
operators monopoly. It links the end user to Voiceserve’s
exchange. The principle is simple & the electronics
revolutionary. With the purchase of the SIM the client
receives a certain amount of credit. After inserting the SIM
into the phone the client simply dials his ultimate
destination. The SIM sends the number as an SMS to
Voiceserve’s exchange. Within 10-20 seconds the hand set from
which the call was initiated will ring, as will the dialed
destination number linking the calls. The final destination
number is dialed by the Exchange. The client is connected
Nationally, Internationally and to other Mobile phone
operators at highly reduced rates. But the SIM has one more
major advantage, it allows the rightful owner to dial the
Virtual Internal Number of his fellow subscriber thereby
linking the two parties at the cost of a local call.
If a Voiceserve registered user is connected to the
Internet, and is located for example in Hawaii, and his
colleague is walking the streets of Manhattan, by dialing the
internal number with the SIM connected the two parties can
converse for the charge of a local call.
Mobile Internet Phone – Simply plug and play.
The VOIP USB Memory Phone is a USB phone embedded with
128Mb memory drive. Once plugged into the computer’s USB port,
the soft phone stored in the memory drive will auto run
without any additional installation. Logging into an account
is stored automatically, VoIP calls are made directly from the
phones keypad. Live call date records can be seen on the
internet by logging onto Voiceserve’s web site. The phone is
very light and easy to carry around.
Phone Features:
• Built-in 64M bytes memory drive, memory can be updated to
128M bytes

coherent, efficient and easy to manage platforms. The feature
that distinguishes this platform is its integrated, embedded
billing system, which scales for growth. Since 2001.
VoipSwitch has successfully implemented over 500 VoipSwitch
systems all over the world.
Voiceserve, Inc. announced on October 17, 2007 that they
expect the previously announced VoipSwitch acquisition to
close before the calendar year-end. VoiceServe, Inc. acquired
VoipSwitch for a combination of cash and stock totaling $3
million.
After Voiceserve completes purchasing Voipswitch Inc., the
next twelve months thereafter the company anticipates a boost
in sales through all their products. Revenues for the
projected year should reach approximately $7,175,000.
Multiple Revenue Streams
Voiceserve’s revenue stream will be from the following
products:
1) Call Shop VOIP: - Revenues generated from sales

with a sophisticated reseller program enabling the shop to
instantly determine its profitability.
2)Wholesale International Minutes: - Being
interconnected to numerous telecom carriers, Voiceserve has
the capacity to offer smaller resellers International,
National and mobile minutes at very keen competitive tariffs.
The resellers can hook up and be connected to Voiceserve’s
network via VOIP, thus enabling them to pre-pay and purchase
the minutes to the specified destinations.
3)Business- Residential VOIP minutes: - Being
connected to an Internet connection, enables end users to
utilize Voiceserve minutes at highly reduced rates
irrespective of the global origination of the call.

alike, to get commission on calls made via their clientele, 3)
Via Internet: Advertising with Banner Promotions, 4) Via
