Junior Lithium Miner Rallies Following Resumption Of Trade

A Montreal-based junior miner experienced a trade halt during the final moments of Tuesday’s session pending some news. The company then announced Wednesday morning that the company had received the Certificate of Authorization pursuant to section 164 of Quebec's Environment Quality Act for the Rose Lithium-Tantalum, according to the release.

Following this announcement and the resumption of trading on the TSX Venture exchange, shares of Critical Elements Lithium Corp (TSXV:CRE) went soaring. Shares briefly touched $2.39/share (+18.91%) at the session high on Wednesday. 

Critical Elements Lithium Corp is involved in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mining properties. It focuses on an exploration of rare earth metals, particularly lithium and Tantalum. The company's properties include Rose Lithium -Tantalum, Nisk, Arques, Bourier, Caumont, and Dumulon among others.
