A junior miner based out of Vancouver caught some serious attention during Wednesday’s session after the dually-listed company announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with the shareholders of Rio Narcea Secursos, S.L. to acquire a 50% interest in RNR, which has the rights to exploit the historic producing Aguablanca nickel-copper mine located in Monesterio, Extremadura, Spain, approximately 88 km from the Company's Lomero Project, according to the release.

Shares of Denarius Metals Corp. (TSXV:DSLV) (OTCQX:DNRSF) rallied strongly on the news, with shares trading on the Canadian side closing up at $0.45/share (+18.42%). 

Denarius Metals Corp is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and eventual operation of mining projects in high-grade districts, with its principal focus on the Lomero-Poyatos Project in Spain and the Guia Antigua Project in Colombia. The Company also owns the Zancudo Project in Colombia, and Guia Antigua Project.
