Moving Ahead With Boron Project

Boron has many uses, including borax, boric acid, and other refined products — glass, fiberglass, washing products, alloys and metals, fertilizers, wood treatments, insecticides, and microbicides. This company, dedicated to the decarbonization of Planet Earth through the responsible utilization of its wholly-owned boron assets, just received an exciting approval.

Boron One Holdings Inc.  (TSXV: BONE) announced in a press release that its amended Geological Elaborate for its Piskanja Boron Project received approval from the Serbian Mining Ministry’s Independent Commission of local mining experts as a requisite step in the mineral exploitation licensing process.

Serbian mining regulations required the Commission's approval of the Elaborate for the Mining Ministry to issue a "Certificate of Reserves" to BONE. Following the receipt of the Certificate of Reserves, BONE recently completed Serbian-compliant Feasibility Study and other ancillary documentation will be submitted to the Mining Ministry in order to receive its “Approval for the Exploitation Field.”

President of Boron One, Tim Daniels, added, "We are very pleased to have the Commission's independent validation of the Piskanja resource. We are eager to receive the Ministry's Approval for the Exploitation Field so that we may proceed towards the design and approval of the construction plans for the mining and processing facilities, and ultimately the completion and approval of the mining facilities themselves."

Shares closed Friday trade at $0.065.
