When drilling confirms continuous multi-hundred-metre oxide mineralization across entire cross-sections, the market rapidly prices in the tonnage potential of a broad, layered intrusion.

SAGA Metals Corp. (TSX-Venture: SAGA) (OTCQB: SAGMF) moved 9.9% higher Tuesday after releasing core assay results from the Trapper Zone at its Radar Titanium-Vanadium-Iron Project near Cartwright, Labrador. Standout hole R-0072 intersected 470.0 metres grading 36.72% Fe2O3, 5.40% TiO2, and 0.25% V2O5, featuring a high-grade core of 69.2 metres at 51.03% Fe2O3, 8.55% TiO2, and 0.33% V2O5. Additional step-out holes R-0073 and R-0074 returned 116.3 metres and 116.7 metres of continuous oxide mineralization, respectively.

SAGA has now completed 22,432 metres across 85 drill holes for its maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) program, the largest campaign in company history, with all 85 holes intersecting oxide mineralization. Assays for the final 18 holes (3,088 samples) remain pending from the lab.

Next key catalysts include the release of the final 18 drill assays over the next two to three weeks and the formal delivery of the maiden NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate.

Shares of SAGA rose 9.9% to C$0.39 and shares of SAGMR are up 10.3% to $0.286.
