EV Company Announces Acquisitions As It Grows Its East African Presence

The electric vehicle market is rapidly expanding in sub-Saharan Africa and this company is building an entire ecosystem to address full adoption, straight through to financing growth through tokens.

Dallas-based Alternet Systems, Inc. (OTC Pink: ALYI) announced two strategic acquisitions of East African companies to take place next month. Alternet is an Electric Vehicle and overall Electric Vehicle Ecosystem concentrated  on the East African market with plans to expand into to the overall global developing economic market.

The acquisitions will help integrate ALYI into the motorcycle taxi market in Kenya and introduce an annual brand name EV race in Kenya and at the same time, increase ALYI’s revenue and margin potential.

Shares were trading down $0.002 in early-afternoon trade to $0.0235.
