For those of you who follow our pro features, a certain micro cap play is finally taking shape as the company made a few major announcements today, causing shares to skyrocket in late trade. Just today, two headlines came across the desk as World Series Of Golf Inc. (OTCPK:WSGF) officially changed its name to better fit their new business venture in the state of Wyoming (where the parent company is incorporated). In addition to changing the name away from the confusing, current name, the company announced that it plans to launch an exchange for real estate backed cryptocurrencies by the end of this year! Traders were extremely bullish on the news.

On January 02, 2020, the Company acquired Vaycaychella, LLC, a business facilitating financing for the purchase and renovation of real estate properties for the purpose of generating revenue from short-term vacation rentals. Vaycaychella's mission is to serve short-term vacation rental owners and investors in the near term with a peer-to-peer (P2P) lending application (app) under development. Vaycaychella's plans in the longer-term are to introduce additional apps that provide ancillary services to short-term rental owners and investors.

Traders bought up shares late in the day, causing the price to pop up to a late session-high of $0.0172/share (+45.76%). This move is a strong breakout of the consolidation the stock has been in as traders have been waiting for a new catalyst to get excited about.
