Imagine AI robots that can help with massages or optimize breast milk storage. This company just acquired certain cutting-edge assets that will help it continue its journey to promote mental and physical wellness.

Mycotopia Therapies Inc. (OTC: TPIA) announced in a press release today that it had purchased certain assets of Philon Labs, LLC, including patents related to innovative AI robotics-based home health products. This acquisition will help Mycotopia begin its transition to a growth-oriented company using Artificial Intelligence to transform great ideas and innovative solutions into disruptive products using advanced engineering and design techniques. The patents acquired from Philon Labs relate to their “Milkyway" and "Phill Robot" products.

To better reflect its strategy and focus on AI-enhanced products, Mycotopia Therapies will change its name to AiBotics and plans to file with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority to change the name and the trading symbol to ABIT.
