The company reported $427,000 in revenue for Q1 2025 and expects to reach approximately $1.5 million in total revenue by year-end, with the majority being operating revenue. This ambitious target reflects the company’s aggressive growth strategy and renewed financial health under its current leadership.

According to director Jason Armstrong, VAYK has undergone a significant turnaround over the past three years. The company has eliminated $2.55 million in debt, profited from selling a legacy overseas investment, acquired a property renovation firm, and entered a joint venture to restore Atlanta’s historic Rufus Rose House. Importantly, these strides were made without relying on toxic financing or issuing free-trade shares, significantly lowering interest expenses. Despite these improvements, Armstrong acknowledged that both the management and investors expect more, with further initiatives underway to boost performance in the near future.
