Today, Volato Group, Inc. (NYSE American: SOAR) and M2i Global, Inc. (OTCQB: MTWO) announced that the SEC has declared their Form S-4 Registration Statement effective, formally advancing the proposed merger into its final stages.

A special shareholder meeting, where investors will vote, is expected on May 7, 2026, with Volato targeting a late-May close. The combined entity will integrate Volato's aviation technology and Parslee AI software platform with M2i Global’s focus on critical minerals supply chain resilience. M2i Global's mission addresses global shortages of materials essential to advanced technologies and national defense.

The merger is strategically timed as the U.S. seeks to reduce dependence on foreign supply chains for materials used in semiconductors and defense systems. Volato Group and M2i Global are trading up 63.3% and 6.5% at $0.0098 and $0.033, respectively.
