Planet intends to invest up to USD $5 million in Bitcoin as part of its disciplined and diversified portfolio strategy. The purchases will be made through market transactions on Coinsquare, with timing aimed at securing favorable pricing. The Bitcoin holdings will be recorded as part of the company’s treasury reserves and stored at Coinsquare. Planet also plans to manage this position dynamically, with the intention of continuing to build its Bitcoin holdings over the long term.

Shares of PXI are going to the moon, dare we say, currently up 100% at $0.05 in late-afternoon trading.
