Deploying the Digital Brain: $10M Partnership to Bring Real-Time AI to Cybersecurity

Today, one cognitive computing firm announced a decade-long deal to do exactly that.

VERSES AI Inc. (CBOE: VERS) (OTCQB: VRSSF) announced a licensing agreement with Prodigii AI, LLC, an enterprise AI infrastructure firm focused on decision intelligence and resource orchestration. Under the agreement, Prodigii will license the Genius platform and the AXIOM model to provide services across financial services, insurance, cybersecurity, smart manufacturing, and healthcare. The financial structure includes an initial license fee of USD$350k, with minimum quarterly revenue-sharing payments of $125k over the life of the agreement. The contract carries an initial term of 10 years with an optional 10-year renewal.

Genius is an agentic enterprise intelligence platform designed to generate domain-specific predictions and decisions under uncertainty. Unlike conventional large language model (LLM) architectures, the system utilizes principles drawn from physics and biology. The AXIOM model, described as a "digital brain," differentiates itself through its ability to update knowledge in real-time and adapt to changing conditions without requiring full retraining, a core value proposition for high-stakes environments like cybersecurity and finance.

Today, VERS / VRSSF is trading at $1.10 and US$0.84, up 10% and 14%, respectively.
