This unique MMA league is seeing shares rip today after announcing a broadcast deal. Lingerie Fighting Championships, Inc. ( OTC Pink:BOTY ) announced in a press release today that it has signed a broadcast deal with Maybacks Global Entertainment. The deal will see its events and reality series air on Toro TV.

Chris Giordano, Chairman and President of Maybacks Global's parent company Authentic Holding, said, “Lingerie Fighting Championships is a great fit for Toro TV. Ring of Combat, our initial entrée into combat sports, has been a great success with its audience multiplying dramatically with each show.” Maybacks Global Entertainment is a wholly owned subsidiary of Authentic Holdings Inc. Toro TV is part of their iDreamCTV family of channels.

Amidst heavy trading, shares of BOTY were trading up 100 percent in afternoon trade.
