Penguin Solutions, Inc. PENG is broadening its partner network, strengthening its position as a full-stack AI Factory Platform provider and potentially expanding its addressable customer base. The company became an NVIDIA AI Factory Specialized Partner and was recognized as Dell Technologies Global Alliances Americas AI Partner of the Year, highlighting its ability to combine infrastructure software, advanced memory, compute systems and services with leading partner technologies.
These relationships are translating into customer opportunities, with Penguin Solutions citing expanded engagements involving Dell and NVIDIA, while its land-and-expand strategy continues to convert new wins into larger commercial relationships. Over the trailing four quarters, seven of 13 new AI Infrastructure customers subsequently increased their business with PENG, supporting higher revenue per customer and deeper customer relationships.
The partnerships also strengthen Penguin Solutions’ ability to deliver full-stack AI Factory Platforms by combining its infrastructure software, advanced memory, compute systems and services with leading partner technologies. This can help simplify customers’ AI infrastructure deployments, broaden the company’s exposure across enterprise, sovereign AI and neocloud markets, and create opportunities to sell additional memory, software and services as customers scale their AI workloads.
For 2026, Penguin Solutions expects net sales growth of approximately 22% year over year, reflecting strong agentic AI-driven demand across its Integrated Memory and AI Infrastructure businesses.
PENG’s Rivals Are Expanding Their Partner Ecosystems
Super Micro Computer SMCI is intensifying competition with PENG by broadening its ecosystem across NVIDIA, AMD and Intel, while its OEM/ODM model and DCBBS solutions integrate compute, storage, networking, cooling and services. SMCI is also expanding enterprise and channel reach, supporting AI infrastructure demand. With more than $60 billion of new orders and a $65-$72 billion fiscal 2027 revenue target, Super Micro Computer’s ecosystem expansion could increasingly compete with PENG.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise HPE is strengthening competition with PENG through its Juniper integration, unified sales force, silicon and memory partnerships and channel engagement, adding networking, security, servers, storage and GreenLake services. HPE’s scale and end-to-end portfolio can deepen relationships and capture networking and private-cloud opportunities. Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s partner-led reach could challenge PENG’s NVIDIA and Dell ecosystems.
