MicroCloud Hologram Adds $15.76M Strategy Stake, Shares Rise 5%

MicroCloud Hologram Inc. (NASDAQ: $HOLO) has acquired 140,268 shares of Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: $MSTR) valued at approximately $15.76 million, extending the company’s push into Bitcoin (CRYPTO: $BTC) linked investments.

The shares were received through the maturity and settlement of a structured note investment product held by MicroCloud. Rather than receiving cash at settlement, the company took delivery of the underlying MSTR shares, which have been transferred into its name and will be managed as investment assets on its balance sheet.

MicroCloud said Strategy represents an important target within the digital asset market because of its substantial Bitcoin exposure. The acquisition adds another layer to HOLO’s strategy of building exposure to Bitcoin and related assets through public-market securities.

Strategy has become the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, making MSTR one of the most closely watched listed proxies for the cryptocurrency. That connection gives MicroCloud indirect exposure to Bitcoin price movements while keeping the position inside a traditional equity structure.

The investment also broadens a capital allocation strategy that extends well beyond MicroCloud’s core holographic technology business. The company said it has more than 3 billion yuan in cash reserves and plans to deploy over $400 million across blockchain development, quantum computing, quantum holography, artificial intelligence and other frontier technologies.

MicroCloud said future digital asset investments will depend on market conditions, regulatory policy and its overall financial position. It also plans to continue diversifying its portfolio while seeking medium- and long-term opportunities across the sector.

The company cautioned that the value of its MSTR holding will remain exposed to secondary-market volatility and said it will continue monitoring risks tied to the position.

The settlement puts a sizable Strategy stake directly on MicroCloud’s balance sheet, giving the technology company a more visible link to Bitcoin through one of the market’s best-known corporate holders.

MicroCloud Hologram Inc. (NASDAQ: HOLO) is currently trading at $1.8 U.S. per share, while Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR) is trading at $119.8 U.S. per share.
