The battle for influence online has become difficult to separate from the battle against manipulation. Social platforms, gaming forums, and review systems give companies an immediate window into customer sentiment, but coordinated campaigns and inauthentic accounts can distort that picture just as fast. As artificial intelligence makes content easier to produce and amplify at scale, the ability to tell real opinion from manufactured opinion is becoming a product category of its own.

Shares of Cyabra, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYAB) are surging Friday after the AI-powered narrative intelligence company announced a six-figure annual agreement with a leading interactive entertainment and gaming company. The deal expands Cyabra's private-sector footprint and puts its technology to work protecting the customer's brand and player community from coordinated manipulation and inauthentic activity.

Cyabra's platform is built to detect manipulated content, coordinated behavior, and inauthentic actors across digital environments. Its customers span national security and defense organizations, government agencies, brands, communications agencies, and global enterprises trying to understand how online narratives form and whether apparent public sentiment is being artificially driven.

Under the agreement, Cyabra will run a managed service monitoring major social and digital environments on the gaming company's behalf, analyzing authenticity and identifying coordinated activity at scale. The platform and Cyabra's team surface structured evidence of how narratives are shaped and amplified, giving leadership and communications teams what the company describes as a defensible read on authentic player discourse, and a basis for proportionate action against inauthentic actors.

Gaming is a demanding test of that idea, because player communities can move fast enough to define a title's reception before a publisher can respond.

"Online communities move quickly, especially in an industry like interactive entertainment, and coordinated manipulation can distort how organizations understand what their audiences actually think," said Dan Brahmy, Cyabra's Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. "Review manipulation, orchestrated campaigns, and amplified narratives can shape how a title is received and how a community experiences it."

The contract adds to a run of private-sector wins as Cyabra expands beyond government and defense work. That expansion comes as the category itself gains formal recognition. In June, Cyabra was named a Market Shaper in Gartner's inaugural Emerging Market Quadrant for Narrative Intelligence Startup Vendors, the first time Gartner has defined and assessed the narrative intelligence market.

Shares of CYAB are up 54.4% to $0.4744 in Friday morning trading.
