Junior Miner Surges 20% on High-Grade Rare Earth and Titanium Report

On an otherwise down day for the broader markets, one micro-cap stock is standing out after a reputable mineral evaluation firm released a technical report confirming the presence of high-grade rare earth and titanium mineralization at the company’s Brazil property, sending its shares into rally mode heading into the closing bell.

Atlas Critical Minerals Corp. (OTCQB: JUPGF) announced the filing of a Technical Report Summary under U.S. Regulation S-K 1300 for its Alto do Paranaíba Rare Earths and Titanium Project in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Prepared by SGS Canada Inc., the report confirms strong near-surface mineralization, with grades up to 28,870 ppm TREO and 23.2% TiO₂ across the 68,550-acre property.

Results from surface sampling and auger drilling show consistently high grades across all blocks, including standout intercepts such as 12 meters grading 5,961 ppm TREO with 13.3% TiO₂. Of 809 samples, more than 600 exceeded 1,000 ppm TREO, with many also returning double-digit TiO₂ percentages. Averaged results highlight robust mineralization, led by Block 3 at 4,906 ppm TREO, 12% TiO₂, and 1,352 ppm MREO.

The report underscores the project’s scale, shallow mineralization favorable for open-pit mining, and consistent results across multiple mineral rights—positioning it as a significant source of critical minerals for defense and electrification.

Shares of JUPGF were last trading up 20.59% at $0.82 in late-day trading.
