Naturally, traders were quick to buy up shares of Plus Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq:PSTV) following the announcement, pushing the micro cap up to $0.435/share (+132.62%) at the early session high. This move and news came just one day following the company disclosed a comprehensive restructuring of its previous $15 million equity financing announced on March 4, 2025.
