Oncotelic Therapeutics (OTCQB: OTLC), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of oncology and immunotherapy, announced a joint development, manufacturing, and licensing agreement with TechForce Robotics, Inc. to commercialize a GMP compliant robotics platform. The system integrates Oncotelic's proprietary AI platform, PDAOAI, with TechForce's hardware.  

The partnership, which moves this technology into physical manufacturing for the first time, aims to automate material movement, real-time deviation detection, and audit-ready documentation within pharmaceutical facilities. PDAOAI is built on large language model technology and utilizes semantic search to navigate complex document sets.  

Oncotelic is trading at US$0.04/share, up 6.0% today. The next major catalyst for this segment will be the first commercial deployment of the joint robotics platform.
